Irish actor Cillian Murphy has won another award for his performance in "Oppenheimer," this time for Best Lead Actor at the Irish Film and Television Academy Awards. Murphy played theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer in the biopic directed by Christopher Nolan. The actor has already received numerous accolades this awards season, including nominations for the Oscars, BAFTAs, and Golden Globes. Murphy spoke about the importance of winning the award in his home country, where he received it from "Killers of the Flower Moon" star Lily Gladstone. "Oppenheimer" also received a nod for Best Supporting Actor, with Kenneth Branagh nominated for his role as physicist Niels Bohr but ultimately losing to Paul Mescal for "All of Us Strangers." The film also won Best International Film. Emma Stone won Best International Actress for her performance in "Poor Things."
