Madonna faces new lawsuits.

Madonna is facing a new lawsuit over delayed concert start times, with two audience members at her New York show claiming they waited two hours for the performance to begin. The pop icon (65) has been accused of “fraudulent advertisement” of the start times on 13, 14, and 16 December 2023 at the Barclays Center, in a lawsuit filed against her by concert-goers Michael Fiore and Jonathan Halperin, and against the event organisers Live Nation. According to the legal documents, seen by TMZ, the pair claim the shows were due to begin at 8:30pm New York time but were delayed until 10:30pm, believing Madonna was using a “late start policy” to falsely advertise performance times. Fiore and Halperin argue that, as fans, they waited for Madonna to recover from her health issues which led to the original concert dates in July 2019 being moved to December, but believe the singer’s ill health does not give her the right to neglect her audience. The pair are currently seeking compensation.
