Mohammed Salah's two goals within three minutes secured a 3-1 win for Liverpool against Arsenal in the English Premier League on Monday. The victory takes Liverpool within a point of fourth-placed West Ham with three games in hand.

Egyptian football star Mohamed Salah shone in a friendly match between his team, Liverpool, and the German team, FSV Mainz 05. Salah scored a goal in the fifth minute and assisted the second goal by teammate Diogo Jota in the eighth minute. The match was part of Liverpool's preparations for the new football season. Liverpool's line-up included Alisson Becker as goalkeeper, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk, and Andrew Robertson in defence, Alexis Mac Allister, Dominic Solanke, and Caoimhin Kelleher in midfield, and Salah, Diogo Jota, and Luis Diaz in attack.
