Saudi Arabian football club Al-Hilal has abandoned attempts to sign Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea in the summer transfer window due to difficulties in negotiations. The club is instead looking to make a new offer to sign Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrovic from English team Fulham. Lukaku, who is valued at around £100m, has been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer, with several top European clubs interested in signing him.
