Actress Elham Shaheen expressed her surprise at the postponement of the screening of the movie “The Atheist” more than once, and attacked those who caused it to be postponed, saying in press statements: “They made propaganda for the movie after they said it had stopped showing, and they will make all people want to see it.”

The Egyptian star added: "What is the problem with the name of the atheist movie? There are no atheists in life? These are examples that exist. Why do we not shed light on them and say that countries are wrong? I do not shed light on any wrong thing in life for the purpose of correcting it."
