The artist, Rogina, responded to the art critic Tarek El-Shenawy after he spoke about her series, The Secret of My God, which was shown during the Ramadan 2024 season, indicating that she does not find any problems in others’ criticism of her works, so she did not respond at the time.

Rogina said during her interview with the journalist Fatima Mostafa on the radio program Laugh: “Tariq El-Shenawy’s words about me did not bother me at all, and I did not speak about him at all. I respect Tarek El-Shenawy very much and anyone who criticizes me, but he said that this is 3 series, but this was my fourth experience.” This means that he is not watching.”

She also added: “This criticism has rules, and I certainly learn them at the institute. I waited for him to criticize my character or my way of performing it, or that it is a character far from me, and I would have respected him, but he said an opinion, and he is free to have that opinion, but I am also free to take this opinion or not.”
