The step-sister of the late Egyptian actress, Suad Hosni, has criticized director Inas Al-Degheidy's recent comments about Hosni's death. In an interview, Al-Degheidy claimed to know the true story behind Hosni's death, but Hosni's sister, Jangaa, dismissed this, saying that Al-Degheidy had not read her book, which documents the details of Hosni's murder. Jangaa also revealed that there have been offers to make a film about Hosni's life. In response, Al-Degheidy claimed that she is naturally bold and that her entire life is marked by audacity, adding that she does not drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, or have extramarital relationships, although she did acknowledge that her view of certain relationships might differ from others'.
