Ronaldo arrived in Monaco, France, prior to a ceremony to draw for the Champions League. UEFA gave Ronaldo a special award for holding the record for the highest number of goals scored in the tournament, with 140 scored for different teams. Ronaldo expressed his happiness during an interview, stating that the Champions League is the highest summit in football and he was fortunate not only to hold this record, but also to enjoy the pleasure that the championship delivers. He won the Champions League four times with Real Madrid and has fond memories of the tournament. Ronaldo said that he felt pressure in the years when he had not won the title, but in the end they won and achieved a chain of victories.
