Turki Al-Sheikh Announces Increased Riyadh Season Card Wembley Edition Tickets to 96,000.

The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) in Saudi Arabia has announced the approval to increase the capacity of the “Riyadh Season Card Wembley Edition” to 96,000 spectators for the main event, which will see heavyweight boxing champion, Daniel Dubois, defending his title against former heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, for the first time. Tickets for the general admission of the first match of the Riyadh Season in London were sold out last week, but with the approval to increase the number of tickets, they will go on sale tomorrow. The main event of the “Riyadh Season Card Wembley Edition” includes six completely British bouts and a special music performance by legendary singer Liam Gallagher, in his first live performance since the announcement of the “Oasis” reunion tour in 2025. The match is considered the largest attendance in boxing history at Wembley Stadium in London, where the crowd will exceed the previous record of 94,000 spectators achieved by Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte in the same stadium in April 2022. The event will include bouts between Anthony Kakashi and Josh Warrington for the IBF light heavyweight title, Joshua Buatsi vs Willie Hutchinson for the interim WBO light heavyweight title, Tyler Denney vs Hamza Shiraz in the middleweight category, William Smith vs Josh Kelly in the lightweight middleweight category, and Mark Chamberlain vs Josh Padley in the lightweight category. The match can be streamed through pay-per-view services such as DAZN, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports.
