For the fourth time, the filming of Ramadan drama series "Esh Esh" starring actress Mai Omar has been halted. The latest pause came after Sharif Moneer apologized for not being able to star in the series alongside Mai Omar due to a disagreement with the production team over the billing order on the show credits. After Moneer left, actor Majed Al-Masry was signed to play the part. Director Mohamed Sami also made changes to the shooting locations. The show has previously stopped for various reasons, including summer vacation and a physical altercation between Sami and an auto mechanic. The series also faced a halt after the death of producer Tamer Fathi in a car accident. The series also stars Hala Sedki, Inas El-Degheidy, Edward, Shaimaa Seif, Mohamed Al-Sharnouby, Alaa Morsy, Tarek El-Nahary, Essam El-Sakka, Ehab Fahmy, and Dina. The series is written by Mohamed Sami and Mahab Tarek and is directed by Sami.
