The Red Sea International Film Festival is participating in the 81st Venice Film Festival, between August 28 and September 7, 2024. The festival showcases six films supported by the Red Sea Fund, including “Aïsha” by Tunisian director Maher Ben Attia and “Looking for a Way Out for Mr. Rambo” by Egyptian director Khaled Mansour. The Red Sea Fund also supports the “Final Cut” initiative for the third year in a row, where selected films receive a €5,000 award. The festival is an opportunity for filmmakers to connect with producers, distributors, and festival programmers.
