Mohammed Fouad released on bail for assaulting a doctor with a 10,000 EGP bond.

Egyptian singer Mohamed Fouad has been released on bail of EGP 10,000 ($638) following his arrest for allegedly assaulting a doctor at Ain Shams Specialised Hospital in Cairo. The incident is said to have stemmed from a disagreement between the doctor and Fouad's brother, who was being treated at the hospital. Fouad has denied the allegations against him and said that he plans to take legal action against the individual who filed the complaint. The prosecutor's office has ordered the authorities to investigate the incident and review CCTV footage. The case has attracted widespread attention on social media. Fouad was previously arrested in 2013 on charges of drug dealing, but was later acquitted due to lack of evidence.
