Egyptian musician Mohamed Mounir has announced the postponement of his concert in Alexandria, which was scheduled for 22 August. Mounir announced the delay on his Instagram account, apologising to his audience and citing unexpected reasons for the postponement. He promised to announce the new date soon. Mounir recently suffered a health setback and was hospitalised for tests to check his condition. He had to cancel or postpone several of his planned concerts as a result. Mounir had correctly played at the opening ceremony of the second edition of the Al-Alamein International Festival with a large audience. He opened the concert with his song “Ali Soutak” to great acclaim.
