The film, which stars Lopez alongside a cast including Garett Jerome, Bobby Canavale, Michael Pena, and Don Cheadle, tells the real story of wrestler Anthony Robles, who was born with one leg and overcame odds to win the NCAA national championship in 2011. Lopez plays Robles' fierce and supportive mother, Jodi, who always pushes him forward.
