Egyptian actor Mustafa Fahmy has undergone a second brain surgery after his health deteriorated. The procedure took place at a hospital in the city of Sheikh Zayed, outside of Cairo. He is expected to continue treatment at home until he recovers. This is not the first time Fahmy has undergone brain surgery, as he did so in September 2021. Fahmy's most recent film "Ahl al Kahf" (People of the Cave),starring Khaled El Nabawy, is currently playing in cinemas. The film deals with man's struggle with time, expressed through the story of three men who are resurrected after a sleep of more than three centuries only to find themselves in a different time period than the one they lived in before.
