Egyptian singers Mohammed Fouad, Khaled Agag, Hamid El Shaeri, Hisham Abbas, and Ihab Tawfik performed at the Cassette 90 concert at the New Alamein festival in Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh. Fouad, who has been recovering from a bout of Bell's palsy, was in tears at one point, telling the crowd that he was glad his children were with him. Agag performed his most popular hits including "Why, world?" while hamid El Shaeri performed "Black Dress."
