Many Egyptian actors and filmmakers attended the funeral of the three film producers who died in a fatal car crash on their way to the North Coast last week. Those in attendance included director Mohamed Sami, his wife actress Mai Omar, Samia El-Tarabolsy, and Ehab Fahmy. Producer Tamer Fathy survived the crash and is in critical condition, his colleagues Hossam Shoukry, Fathy Ismail, and Mahmoud Kamal died on the spot. Fathy had participated in many works such as the film "Shemareekh" and TV series such as "Aa'mal Eih", "Ahsan Ab" and "Kabul Cairo". The accident happened on the Dabaa Axis towards the North Coast, and the car was carrying the group, who were reportedly heading for a summer vacation.
