Canadian singer Celine Dion performed the closing act of the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with a moving rendition of "Here We Gather All the Lovers." The ceremony also featured other diverse musical performances, including Lady Gaga, who gave a spectacular performance on the famous river Seine, and American rapper Snoop Dogg, who had the chance to carry the Olympic torch in the last leg of its journey. Snoop Dogg appeared in the white sports outfit, greeted the crowd, and ran and danced with them. Carrying the Olympic torch during its journey is considered an honor bestowed upon esteemed athletes and celebrities.
