The actress shared a heartfelt Instagram message expressing her gratitude towards her fans who flooded her with birthday wishes. The party had ballet dancers, live orchestra, and a surprise show for her. Lopez wore an off-the-shoulder blue dress, gloves, and high-heels. She changed to a green dress before cutting her cake. Lopez sat on a golden throne resembling Queen Charlotte's throne from the Bridgerton series. The dancers performed a dance like in the show's ballroom scene. Ben Affleck, her boyfriend, did not attend the party which saddened her but Lopez thanked her fans for making her day special.
