Egyptian singer Assala Nasri has become a trending topic on social media in Saudi Arabia after she performed a sold-out concert in Riyadh. The performance was part of her Saudi Arabian tour, organised by Royatona for Audio and Video, and supported by the General Entertainment Authority and Quality of Life programme. The tour is a key part of Saudi Arabia's drive to support tourism and the entertainment industry, and included musical acts such as Ahmed Saad during the eSports World Cup. Nasri performed a range of her most popular songs in a set that combined traditional and rhythm-based music. During the performance, fellow Egyptian performer Ahmed Saad also appeared onstage.
