US Courts Close Famous Actor Alec Baldwin's Trial

Alec Baldwin, a famous American actor, has had a case accusing him of killing a photographer during a rehearsal three years ago dropped by a judge in the state of New Mexico. Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer rejected the case of unintentional murder, according to American media, against Alec Baldwin in the middle of his trial, saying it could not be refiled. The judge rejected the case due to the police misconduct and prosecutors for withholding evidence from the defense in the case of shooting cinema photographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film "Rust." Baldwin, the lead actor and executive producer of the film, claimed that the gun accidentally fired after he followed instructions to direct it towards Hutchins, who was behind the camera. He said he did not know the gun was loaded with live ammunition, so that he pulled the hammer - not the trigger - and fired. After almost three years of hearing sessions and many legal disputes, Baldwin faced a trial on charges of involuntary manslaughter, personally attending, and the court issued its final decision.
