Turki Al-Sheikh, the head of Saudi Arabia's Entertainment Authority, revealed details about the upcoming film "Al-Nounou" and the role played by famous Egyptian actor Ahmed Helmy. In a video posted on his social media account, Al-Sheikh described the film as a comedy in which Helmy will play a major role as a con artist who carries out two scams in Saudi Arabia. The first is related to gaming, and the second involves pilgrims during Umrah and Hajj. The film is expected to be released in 2024 or 2025. Al-Sheikh has been supportive of the film industry in the region and has previously celebrated the success of "Wled Al-Rizk 3," a film starring Ahmed Ezz. He shared a photo of the film's earnings and commented on its success, proving that it is possible for films to achieve positive outcomes.
