Kuwaiti artist Abdullah Al Ruwaishid was seen in public for the first time since undergoing treatment for health issues in Germany. The video of the artist surrounded by his friends was widely shared on social media and fans expressed their well wishes for his speedy recovery. The artist had traveled to Germany for treatment in April and had been undergoing medical care since then. Earlier this year, he was admitted to a hospital in Kuwait after suffering from a health crisis, which was rumoured to be a stroke, however, his son denied these rumours at the time. Al Ruwaishid was scheduled to perform at a tribute concert for late Kuwaiti artist Abdul Karim Abdul Qadir in February as part of Riyadh Season, but the event was postponed due to his health conditions. Saudi Arabia's entertainment chief, Turki Al Sheikh, tweeted that the event was being delayed due to Al Ruwaishid's health conditions and sent well-wishes for the artist's speedy recovery.
