The release of the movie "El Ferqa 2" starring Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz has been postponed until the New Year season. The film is a historical action thriller set in the 1940s and 1950s in the southern region of Egypt, with Ezz's character facing off against a local gang played by Asser Yassin. Mona Shalabi also stars as a girl named Samira who participates in the resistance against British occupation. The film features a star-studded cast that includes Mahmoud Hemida, Bayoumi Fouad, Rashdi El Shamy, Fareeda Seif Al Naser, and Somaya El Khashab. It is produced by Sea-Cinema, owned by Ahmed Fahmi and Hani Nageeb. The director is Ahmed Alyaa El-Deeb. Ezz is currently starring in the movie "Weld El Rozz 3" alongside Amr Youssef, Asmaa Galal, Nesreen Amin, Karim Qassem, and Ahmed El-Rafeaie. The cast celebrated the movie's private screening, which was attended by a roster of Egyptian stars, including Ezz, Youssef, Qassem, Tarek El Erian, Yassin and his wife، and Galal.
