Egyptian actress Yousra praised the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia for their efforts in reviving theatre during a press conference for the play "Malk and Al-Shater". She lauded the construction of theatres in the country and specifically in Riyadh, adding that the Kingdom had been able to revive the spirit of the theatre in a different way. Yousra acknowledged that it was difficult to make audiences laugh on stage and that it was easier to make them cry. She also admitted to previous fears of the theatre but found that the audience's reaction was the most beautiful moments of her life. The play "Malk and Al-Shater" centres on the hero Al-Shater Hassan embarking on a great adventure to obtain the black saucer to save Queen Malk "the people's queen" and break the spell that had infected her; it is expected to attract a huge audience.
