Prior to this, Saad had taken up Mohamed Salah's challenge to post a photo of himself showing off his muscles with the hashtag #Summer_Photo_Challenge_No_Filter. Ahmed Saad posted a photo of himself showing off his athletic build. The singer had recently performed at the 19th edition of the Mawazine Music Festival in Rabat, Morocco, to a large audience that included Arab communities and Moroccan music fans. He performed a number of popular songs, including "Siri Bina Ya Dunya," "Alayki A'yun," and "Wasa Wasa," swaying the audience to sing along with him. Saad also raised the Moroccan flag during the performance.
