Turki Al-Sheikh announces upcoming theatrical and musical events.

Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority (GEA) has announced a number of surprises for accompanying events during the World Electronic Sports Games, which will take place in Riyadh from 3 July to August. A free concert by Rotana and singer Abdul Majeed Abdullah will be held, coordinated with the Riyadh Calendar. Six plays, including performances of Kuwati plays "Northern Sorceress", "The Upturned House", "The Doctor", "The First of its kind", "Musical School" and "Malik Walshater", will take place. Eight musical concerts will also be held, four of which will be organised by Rotana. The first, by Majid Al Mohandis, will be followed by concerts by Assala Nasri, Rashed Al Fares and Nabil Shuail and Miami band. Meanwhile, events firm Benash Mark will organise three concerts by Tamer Hosni, Mohammed Hamaki, Nancy Ajram and Ahmed Saad. GEA chairman Turki Al Sheikh thanked Khalid Al-Bakr, CEO of the Quality of Life Program, who provided support last year and this year, as well Ahmed Al-Khatib and his co-workers at the Ministry of Tourism and their colleagues at the Saudi Tourism Authority.
