Egyptian actor Amir Karara is preparing for his next film project, which will be directed by Ahmed El Gendy and produced by Synergy. The film, which is set to start filming in early July, is being written by Karim Youssef and Ahmed El Gendy. Karara, who has worked on several highly successful films in the past, last appeared in the 2023 film El-Baibaa, which starred Yasmine Sabry, Mohamed Abdel Rahman Tota, Mohamed Anwar, Bassem Samra, Mohamed Mahmoud, Reham Al-Jammal, Diaa Abdel-Khaleq, and others. The film earned a record-breaking 43 million Egyptian pounds. Karara's most recent small-screen appearance was in last year's Ramadan series Beit El-Rafaey, a political thriller that featured a star-studded cast, including Ahmed Rezk, Said Ragab, Mirna Gamal, Mohamed Lotfy, Tamer Nabil, Safaa El-Toukhy, Malak Koura, Reham Al-Jammal, Enas Kamel, Ayda Riad, Ahmed Fouad Selim, Ahmed Abdullah, Mostafa Abbas, and others. The series was written by Peter Mimi, Hind Abdel Allam, and Amr Abu Zaid, directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, and produced by Synergy.
