Ahmed Ezz returns to finish filming in "Death Squad" movie.

Ahmed Ezz returns to filming his scenes in the movie "Death Squad" inside the citadel of Saladin Al-Ayyubi, where the film is scheduled to be released soon. Ahmed Ezz had stopped filming his scenes in "Death Squad" in order to focus on filming "Sons of Rizk 3", which he finished just hours before his dubbing sessions, and it is scheduled to compete in the Eid Al-Adha movie race in 2024. The film "Death Squad" stars Ahmed Ezz alongside a number of other Egyptian stars, including Asser Yassin, Menna Shalabi, Mahmoud Hamida, Bayoumi Fouad, Essam Omar, Khaled Kamal, Rashdi Al-Shami, and Jihan Al-Shamashargy, among others. The film, written by Salah El-Gohary and directed by Ahmed Alaa El-Deeb, is an action-thriller about a police officer (played by Ezz) who is chosen to form a squad to eliminate drug dealers in Upper Egypt. The film takes place in the 1940s, marking Ezz's third consecutive film set in an old, non-contemporary time period.
