Saudi Arabian singer Mohammad Abdu has reassured fans that his health is improving after revealing that he was undergoing treatment for cancer. Speaking in a video posted by Saudi poet Saleh Alshadi, Abdu said he was doing well, adding: “I’ve been spending a lot of happy nights with Abu Nawaaf [Alshadi’s nickname] and feeling good thanks to God.” Abdu announced he was undergoing chemotherapy for prostate cancer in early August. He later revealed the cancer had been detected early and that was he receiving regular injections.
