Egyptian actor Mohamed Henedy has started preparations for his new movie, which will be directed by Hussein El Menbawi. El Menbawi is currently scouting locations for the film, which will begin shooting in the near future. Several actors have been shortlisted and will be contracted in the coming days. Henedy is also waiting for the release of his upcoming movie “El Gawhara Gurai” (The Jeweler Gurai),in which he co-stars with Mona Zaki, Lobna Abdelslam, Ahmed Salah El-Saadany, Bassam Samra, and Arefa Abdul Rasoul. The movie, written by Omar Taher and directed by Islam Khairy, revolves around the ups and downs of married life. Henedy and Zaki are collaborating for the first time in nearly 25 years, since the success of their movie “Saaiedy Fel Gam3a El Amrekeya” (A Sa’id in the American University),which was released in 1998.
