Lebanese artist Salma Abu Deif surprised her fans with an announcement of her engagement, sharing a photo on her Instagram account showing her with her fiancé and sporting an engagement ring. She also posted a video on her Instagram story, showing her and her fiancé, Idris Abdulaziz, admiring the ring in a romantic ambiance. Abu Deif revealed that she loves flamenco dance and travelled to Spain for the first time in her life to watch flamenco, and that on a second trip she got engaged, saying "God's plan is always the best for us." Abdulaziz also shared photos and videos of the couple on Instagram, dancing to the song Hormone Al Saada by Tamer Hosny. Abu Deif's recent acting project was the Ramadan 2024 series "Higher Viewing Rate," which enjoyed great success.
