"The Secret Squad" earns over EGP 22 million in 10 days at the box office.

The film "Elserab" by director Ahmed Nader Galal is maintaining its position as the top-grossing movie in Egyptian cinemas in its second week, earning over 2 million Egyptian pounds ($126,000) on Friday alone, bringing the total revenue to over 22 million pounds ($1.4 million) so far. The action film is based on real events surrounding the assassination of 21 Egyptians and follows a team of heroic Egyptians on an aerial mission in enemy territory, facing severe resistance. The film stars prominent Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka as a Egyptian intelligence officer and includes several other well-known Arab movie stars. The film is a collaboration between Rotana Studios and Synergy Art Production Company.
