Prince Harry and Meghan Markle visit Nigeria.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, arrived in Nigeria on May 10 and paid a special visit to a school in the capital city, Abuja. They visited the Lightway Academy with the GEANCO Foundation, which provides critical healthcare and education services in Nigeria, supporting the Invictus Games. Meghan, 42, wore a sugar-colored maxi dress by designer Heidi Merrick, shoes from Emma Parsons, and antique earrings. Harry, 39, wore a beige shirt and pants. During their visit, Meghan and Harry met officials and children from the school, and both gave speeches on mental health at the GEANCO Foundation's summit at the Lightway Academy. In his speech, Prince Harry said, "There's no shame in being able to admit that today you were just complete no good, right? You woke up and didn't feel at your best. You felt nervous at school but nobody kind of knew why. You lost someone that you loved in your family and didn't know who to talk to or how to talk about it or how to provide the support that you needed. All in all, all of these things just come together and sometimes it's just too much."
