The second to last episode of the Ramadan series "Noktat Enteha" revealed secrets about all the characters. Pharmacist Fares, played by Abed Fahed, buys the pharmacy he and his ex-wife Karma used to work at, and registers it in her name. Karma, who cannot abort her pregnancy and wants to marry Luei, confides in Lina about her relationship and her reason for leaving the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, Amjad finally admits his love for Lina and reveals the truth about his education. Layal threatens to expose Sami's corruption if she does not get her son back. The episode ends with Fares killing Ghazwan in front of his mother’s grave and telling Sami that he will leave him to the vengeance of Ghazwan's mother. The shocking event was the revelation that Karma has a son named Adam, whom her friend Yara takes care of. Adam bears an uncanny resemblance to Luei, Karma’s ex-husband, but Yara decides not to tell him. It seems that Sami's relationship with his rival Laila will witness a significant development, especially after she visits him, presents him with a gift, and asks him to visit her at her home. "Noktat Enteha" is about a husband and wife, Fares and Karma respectively, who run a pharmacy in Beirut. Fares falls into the world of organized crime and cannot break free from it. The series stars Abed Fahed, Khaled Al-Sayed, Georges Chalhoub, Wafa Tarabieh, and Pierrita Catrib among others, with participation from Syrian actors Mohsen Ghazi and Tim Mohammed Abdul Aziz.
