King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has directed the payment of more than SAR 3 billion as Ramadan aid for the beneficiaries of social welfare. The amount will be distributed through electronic transfers of SAR 1,000 for each family and SAR 500 for each dependent. The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, thanked the king for his generous initiative and said that it reflects the government's attention to the needs of citizens. The payments are expected to be deposited directly into the beneficiaries' bank accounts within the next few hours.
