The Saudi Arabian singer Abdul Majid Abdullah, also known as "the prince of tarab," was honored by the Chairman of the Board of the General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, after performing two sold-out concerts at the Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh. The events were part of the fourth edition of the Riyadh Season for 2024, organized by Rotana Music and sponsored by the Riyadh Season. The concerts showcased some of his most famous songs such as "You breathe my world," "I laugh," "red death," and "In the end, you will know." In addition, he was presented with an honorary shield for his contributions to the music industry. The concerts featured a large orchestra directed by Saudi maestro Walid Fayd and were televised live on several channels, enabling millions to watch and enjoy the performance. During the first night of the concert, Abdul Majid Abdullah met with media personnel to discuss Riyadh Season and his collaboration with Rotana Music on a mini-album with five or six new songs. Moreover, he talked about his relationship with fellow artists Rashed Al-Majed and Rabeh Saqr. During the second night, the audience was excited by the appearance of two famous footballers Ali Al-Bulaihi and Yasser Al-Shahrani at the concert. Abdullah took a photo with them backstage and welcomed them on stage. The concert was a wonderful end to an exceptional season.
