Rotana Khalijia TV channel has released new photos of actor Bassel Khayyat in his role in the upcoming TV series "Nathra Hob" (A Loving Look). The show, consisting of 30 episodes, is the first drama that brings together Khayyat and fellow artist Carmen Bsaibes. It is authored by Raffi Wahbe and directed by Hossam Ali. Set in a romantic and suspenseful framework, "Nathra Hob" is scheduled to air during Ramadan 2024. The photos show Khayyat as "Baher," a young man with a Syrian father and a Lebanese mother, who is in his forties, strong in presence, sometimes mysterious, not talkative, but sometimes courteous, and showing hardness. Despite his difficult situation, he always tries to appear presentable.
The shooting of the TV series is set to begin in Lebanon in early December. Khayyat's most recent work in TV drama was his participation in the series "Al Thaman" (The Price),which also featured Nicolas Mouawad and Razan Jamal among the cast. Bsaibes, on the other hand, is returning to TV drama after a two-year hiatus, having last appeared in "Al Baria" in 2021. She last participated in the film "Al-Aaref" (The Connoisseur) starring Ahmed Ezz, Ahmed Fahmy, and the legendary Mahmoud Hemida, which was released in 2021.
