Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram is set to make her big-screen debut in a Saudi-produced film called Cairo Train, which will also star Egyptian actor Karim Abdel Aziz. The news was announced by head of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority Turki Al-Sheikh, who owns the production company Big Time. No further details on the film were given, but Ajram has previously acted in a short film for her song Ma Tegi Hena, and was praised by critics and fans alike for her performances. Her debut opposite one of Egypt's biggest stars is expected to be a hit at the box office and have widespread appeal across the Arab world.
