Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir is preparing to take part in the "Saudi Egyptian Nights" event in Cairo, alongside fellow singers Sherine Abdel-Wahab and Majid Al-Mohandis. The event, sponsored by Turki Al Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, and Egypt's Minister of Culture Nevin El-Kilany, is set to feature a range of popular musicians who are well-known in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The event will be held on 18 February at one of the largest theatres in the Egyptian Opera House, with musical preparations led by maestro Waleed Fayed.
