Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, has announced the founding of a new national company, named "Amsaat", which will work across more than 30 manufacturing categories through seven business units to serve local and global markets. The company is expected to play a significant role in promoting innovation and manufacturing in the Kingdom, using clean energy sources. Amsaat's establishment is expected to create about 39,000 job opportunities by 2030 and enable strategic sectors associated with the national industrial system while providing new opportunities for the private sector. The announcement is part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 reform plans to diversify the economy and reduce its dependence on oil.
