Saudi actor Zaher Al-Abdeen has released photos of his participation in the release of his latest film "To My Son" in Riyadh. The movie, which is Al-Abdeen's second directorial work, revolves around Faisal, a British-Saudi citizen in London who returns to Saudi Arabia with his seven-year-old son years after Faisal's wife died. Al-Abdeen himself wrote, directed, and starred in the movie, which was produced by O3 Medya and Double A Productions, and was released in cinemas in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE on February 1st. The cast also included Syrian-Saudi actress Samar Shisha, British actress Emilia Fox, Jordanian actor Adam Abou Sakha, and Lebanese-Saudi actor Adam Zaher. The film explores themes such as family bonding, tradition and modernity, and personal development.
