Egyptian actor Hani Salama spoke about his upcoming role in the TV series Emir Al-Awamiri in an interview with Arab Wood TV. Salama revealed that the show, which is set to air during Ramadan 2024, is not a period drama but rather a social drama that focuses on the conflicts between businessmen. The 30-episode series is written by Ahmed Sabahy and directed by Mohamed El Negouly. In addition to Salama, the show stars Khaled Zakki, Ahmed Safwat, Mohsen Mohie El Din, Hager El Sharnouby, Sawsan Badr, Salwa Khattab, Mai Selim, and Mirhan Hussien. Salama had taken a break from acting in the previous Ramadan season. His last TV series, Malaf Sari, aired in Ramadan 2022.
