Egyptian actor Khaled El-Nabawy is filming his new series "Empire of Meme" in preparation for its broadcast in the next Ramadan season. The original novel of the same name was written by Ehsan Abdel Quddous and narrates the story of a man who rebels against his children and is surprised to become the family's ruler. El-Nabawy's six children in the series are played by Nour El-Nabawy, Hajer El-Seraj, Elham Safi El-Din, Muna Ahmed Zaher, Adam and Hidan, and a young boy named Mustafa. "Empire of Meme" is directed by Mohamed Salama and produced by Aroma Productions in collaboration with the United Media Services. This is El-Nabawy's latest work since his series "Al-Imam's Message" last Ramadan, which starred Arwa Gouda, Nidal El-Shafai, Khaled Anwar, and Walid Fawwaz, among others, and was written by Mohamed Hisham Abia under a writing workshop.
