Amr Diab's Surprise Grand Finale at 2024 Joy Awards Ceremony

The Joy Awards 2024, sponsored by the General Entertainment Authority, were held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Egyptian singer Amr Diab giving a surprise performance of his song "Ya Ana Ya La" to close the event. The awards recognized winners in categories including cinema, drama series, music, and sport, as well as special awards. Winners include: "Satatar" for Favorite Film, Nelly Karim for Favorite Actress in "Voy! Voy! Voy!", Karim Abdel Aziz for Favorite Actor in "Beit El-Rouby", and "Crystal" for Best Drama Series. Anas Jaber won Best Female Athlete and Abdullah Al-Rabiea won Favorite Male Athlete. The Lifetime Achievement Award was given to actresses Esayed Youness and Mona Wasef, actor Ali Al-Madfaa, musician Quincy Jones, and others. The Diamond Entertainment Makers Award went to Lebanese designer Elie Saab, and the Person of the Year award was presented to American actress and director Eva Longoria.
