In an exclusive interview on the show Arab Wood, poet Mustafa Hadouta revealed the story behind his collaboration with super star Amr Diab on the song “Ya Amar”. Hadouta mentioned that it was their first collaboration and that the song took a long time to write. The interview aired on the Rotana channels. Amr Diab’s latest album “Makanak” broke records by achieving more than 30 million plays on the Anghami app within a week of its release. The album has become the highest-rated album in the Arab world via the app. Diab released “Makanak” in a new, innovative way by releasing a new song every hour for 12 hours.
