Saudi Arabia's Entertainment Authority chairman, Turki Al-Sheikh, has announced plans for a huge celebration of Kuwait's national day in February 2021. The event will feature musical and artistic performances from some of the biggest stars in the Arab and Gulf regions. Al-Sheikh also said the celebrations would honor deceased artists and their contributions to the cultural scene and that the attention to Kuwait's national day was tied to the close relationship between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. He added that Kuwait was a leader in the arts in the Arab region and the Gulf and was close to the hearts of all Saudis.
