"Queen" Film Starring Hala Sedki and Rania Youssef, Formerly Known as "Legal Shoulder" Poster Release

Egyptian director Samah Abdel Aziz has revealed the poster for his upcoming film, "Al-Malika" (The Queen),starring actress Hala Sedki. The film, previously titled "Katf Qanoni" (Legal Shoulder),features a star-studded cast including Dina, Sherine Reda, Bassem Samra, Areefa Abdel Rasoul, and Inas El-Degheidy. Written by Hisham Hala and Ahmed Rizk and directed by Abdel Aziz, the film is a comedy-drama set in an Egyptian social context. Abdel Aziz unveiled the poster on his official Instagram account, announcing that the movie will be released soon. This will be Sedki's first appearance in a film since "Akher Deek Fi Masr" (The Last Chick in Egypt),which was released in 2017. The film featured a star-studded cast, including Mohamed Ramadan, Mai Ezz Eldin, Intisar, Ingy Wijdan, and many others. Written by Ayman Bahjat Qamar and directed by Amr Arafa, it tells the story of a young man who faces numerous obstacles as he attempts to marry a woman he loves. Sedki has since focused on her work in television. Her latest appearance was in the series "Jaafar Al-Omda," which aired during the Ramadan 2021 season. The show, which also stars Mohamed Ramadan, May Kassab, Eman El-Assy, and Menna Fadali, tells the story of a man who becomes a local leader after his father's death and must navigate the difficult social and political landscape of his hometown. Egypt's film industry is well-known worldwide and has produced many remarkable films and talented actors over the years. While the past year has been difficult for the industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems that things are now starting to return to normal.
