Lebanese singer Myriam Fares celebrated the 20th anniversary of her entry into the music industry and shared pictures from a new photoshoot to mark the occasion. Fares appeared in a silver dress and held a golden microphone in her hand, with logos for Netflix, TikTok, and the Qatar World Cup 2022 visible in the background. In a comment on the photos, Fares said that the passion she had for performing did not fade and remained as strong as ever. In October 2021, Fares performed at Dubai's Coca-Cola Arena to celebrate the graduation of the new cohort of the American University in the Emirates, alongside Egyptian star Ahmed Saad and Saudi singer Ayed. Fares performed her most popular songs and wore a black jumpsuit with bold makeup and unique hair styling. Fares received the first ever international award for an Arab Lebanese artist at the 2021 Murex D'Ors. Implicit in her acceptance speech was the message that she faced obstacles in both her personal and professional lives, but through perseverance and hard work, she was able to achieve her dreams and become a celebrated musician.
