Actor and comedian Kevin Hart has filed a lawsuit against YouTuber Tasha K and former assistant Misha Sherice, accusing them of defamation after Sherice accused him of infidelity in an interview with Tasha K. According to the suit, which was filed with the Supreme Court of Los Angeles, Sherice allegedly breached a non-disclosure agreement by discussing Hart's personal affairs. She also claimed she had told Hart's wife about the alleged affair and that he had a gambling addiction. Hart alleges that Tasha K demanded $250,000 from him to keep the interview from being released. The suit further states that the interview contained "false and defamatory statements" about Hart and his involvement in legal disputes, and that Sherice made false statements, including that Hart had recorded a sexual encounter and faced criminal charges related to the incident.
